GROWERS APPLICATION
fill out Health Canada Growers application form (PDF version + cheat sheet attached)

APPOINTMENT
You will be notified for your appointment and invoiced by one of our representatives

SUBMIT
submit your Acmpr prescription with your completed growers application forms to Health Canada.
